Participation Tips

  • When signing on, please use your full name and organization. You can also add your pronouns if you wish.
  • Your microphone will be muted and your video turned off, but your name, affiliation, and avatar will be visible in Gallery View and on the Participants list.
  • If your name and affiliation are not showing in the Participants list or are incorrect, right-click to add this information.
  • Use the Chat window to share comments and ask questions.
  • One-to-one chat is also available; please be aware that all chat logs will download to the host at the end of the meeting.
  • To direct questions to speakers or panelists, please precede your general chat message with “Question for the panel” or send a chat message directly to the meeting host!
  • We have enabled Live Transcription for this meeting. To turn on automated captions, use the Live Transcript button and choose Show Subtitles; to open a new window with the live transcript, choose View Full Transcript.
