Our representatives from the Rex Product and Account teams will discuss the use and configuration of key features that have recently been deployed and highlight the important features that are underway. Here are some key updates we aim to share during the session:
- New capabilities and improvements: recognizing and resolving submissions deleted in ScholarOne, checking ScholarOne Manuscripts status, special issue deactivation, configurable drop-down questions, automatic ownership change comments
- Accessibility improvements
- Previews of two upcoming features: co-author submission dashboard and direct submission
