Content production and delivery

After receiving sample content, our engineers work with your production team to create a workflow for uploading new content to Atypon Link. Once your content is processed, it will be displayed to end users and deposited to third parties.

• We convert your typeset articles to PDFs or full-text XML, depending on your preference, and create industry standard metadata.
• We distribute your content to third parties of your choice, including linking partners such as CrossRef, to save you the burden and cost of in-house administration.
• With the PDFplus option, we can generate dynamic reference-linked PDFs without the need to involve typesetters.

Subscription access control

Atypon Link provides a secure, easy to use web interface for uploading subscriptions to the platform.

• Simply load a new subscription file to give users immediate access to your content.
• Authentication options include institutional IP ranges, individual usernames and passwords, and Athens.
• An administrative interface allows you to check the status of all uploaded subscriptions, helping you provide excellent service to your customers.

E-commerce

Not all users have subscription access to your publications. As web crawlers and deposits to third parties increase the exposure of your content, you will see an increase in the number of potential customers looking to purchase your online collections directly through Atypon Link.
