ABINGDON, Oxfordshire – 08 November 2006 – As part of the continued expansion of its UK office, Atypon Systems Ltd has announced today the recruitment of Nash Pal as Strategic Marketing Manager. Mr Pal will be responsible for Atypon's global product and corporate marketing. He will also play a key role in identifying and developing new industry partnerships in the UK, Europe and the United States.

Mr Pal most recently consulted with Cambridge University Press and Oxford University Press on the implementation of online manuscript submission and peer review within the editorial offices of both publishers. Prior to this, Nash lead the Product and Marketing department for Blackwell Online, taking to market the Blackwell's Online Bookshop and Blackwell's flagship online electronic journal search and delivery service, the Electronic Journal Navigator.

Atypon welcomes Nash and continues to actively recruit and strengthen its client services, account management, and sales & marketing teams in the both US and the UK.
