Account Managers build strong relationships with clients by providing them with prompt and knowledgeable support and guidance, becoming “go-to” resources for all of their electronic publishing needs, and their single point of contact.
Product Manager
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Interact with existing clients’ various constituencies to interpret and evaluate business requirements, propose technology solutions, and define new features and functionality through the creation of functional specifications and interface prototypes.
Project Manager
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Coordinate resources and tasks and be a catalyst in building strong relationship with clients. Must have strong communication skills; experience managing large software projects and several service providers relationships. Must understand Internet 3-tier systems. XML experience a great plus.
